Blown Away tackles the tough issue of a horrible dad. The song goes into detail as to the sins of the father. Carrie Underwood portrays a sad, young female who thinks nothing can be done. The lyrics speak to the opposite of that. She sings "shatter every window till it's all Blown Away". Carrie Underwood gives courage to all who have been under similar situations. No matter what you're going through or what you've been through it does get better. There may not be enough rain to get over what you've been through, but when the wind comes it can rip that negative foundation away until there's nothing left standing. With her most upbeat track on her album; Good Girl proves that she is very versatile. She gives us a different side to her that we haven't seen before but still keeps it close to the Carrie Underwood we know from her previous albums with songs like Cowboy Casanova and Last Name. Good Girl says he's no good. He'll take your heart and well you knew the rest...
Two Black Cadillacs screams nothing but drama especially in real life. What if this happened for real? Worse, what if it happened to you? Talk about embarrassing man...sheesh. For everyone to think he was a good man except the two people he cared deeply for. No remorse. If you're going to cheat...just don't. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!
